Exercise Prescription:
Generally following a health appraisal, we will complete a physical assessment to determine where to start your exercise program and what exercises should be included. Individualised exercise are designed to meet your requirements and all programs utilise specific information to create the best possible program for your individual goals. On Line Exercise Physiology Service:
Join our online exercise physiology groups and receive a weekly update incorporating all the latest news on health and fitness, special offers, new tips and exercises to keep you healthy and active. [COMING SOON]

Weight Management Programs for Children and Adolescents:   
Includes:

  1. A comprehensive initial and post-program  consultation with an Exercise Physiologist, including assessment of lifestyle, nutrition, physical activity and fitness
  2. Two supervised 45-minute group exercise sessions each week
  3. Two nutritional information sessions with a Dietitian
  4. One behavioural modification information session with a Psychologist
  5. A home-based exercise program to continue at the conclusion of the program

Ever dreamt on taking on the challenge of a triathlon? Rob is the head coach of
Stadium Triathlon Club. Stadium Triathlon Club is Western Australia's premier triathlon club, based at Challenge Stadium in Perth. Training sessions cater for all levels of triathletes and are aimed at developing triathlon skills and fitness in a fun, friendly and social atmosphere.
